Friday
Went to North Vista Secondary School for a demo performance. And the cheers we got there was the loudest I've heard so far. However, the ground there sucks because it's made out of some cheapo bricks which is easy to replace(according to steven). After the performance, we went around the school because they are having a funfair/carnival. Nothing much there to buy or see there. Then as we were passing by some girls, all 3 of them were commenting about lucas because his hair was long. They said something like this, "Oh my god, 他是男的!" Haha, it's damn funny. Then after the thing was over, we went out to take a cab (because I didn't drive there, I parked my van at the shop). Bloody hell, Senkang there no cab one sia! Steven, QQ, Sky and I waited for the cab for like 30-45mins! Sky couldn't wait and skated home after like 10mins of waiting(he stay at Kovan there).
Then headed to accompany little miss grumpy before heading back to training at night.
Saturday
Woke up at like 2 plus because of the phone calls and sms-es. Went down to ECP to meet the rest for NDP urban skate. The weather wasn't good, but we still continued. We skated from ECP to Fort Road, then Kallang, Tanjong Rhu, Marina Square and back to ECP. Here are some pictures of the urban that was "koped" from MBT's blog.
After the urban, we went to Big Splash's KFC to settle our dinner then I trained till like 1am before returning home.Sunday
Woke up at 8am for Wild Wild Wet as Shawn's mum bought tickets for the ICians. My first visit there and the experience was not too bad. Wild Wild Wet still loses to Fantasy Island in Sentosa when it was still there. The only ride that was the most fun would be the Slide Up. Don't have a picture of it, but it is something like a half-pipe found in the skate parks in the USA which is about 4 storey high. The adrenaline rush from it was awesome! Stayed in the park till like 3-4pm before catching a movie at Tampines Mall's Golden Village. Watched "Money No Enough 2".
The storyline is similar to the first movie, but it's more of relating to what we Singaporeans are facing now and will be facing in the future. I liked the part when people are destorying all the ERP gantries. I bet all drivers/motorist feels the same way too. I don't want to be a spoiler, so I recommend it to everyone! Support local flims! LOL.
Went home after the movie as everyone was tired. After showering and stuff, I tried to watch NDP on MobTV, but fell asleep halfway with the lights, tv and laptop on. And yes, for those who missed the NDP due to something(like me), you could watch it on MOBTV. From now till 30 August, you could catch this year's NDP! MOBTV's link is here. Today
Woke up at like 11am then headed to school. Discussed somethings with my Major Project supervisor, Mr Tang. Then left school around 3 plus and headed to ECP for some light training. Slacked and DOTA-ed(i still sucked at dota) for awhile before training. Destroyed 1 wheel today, oh wells.
After training, sent little miss grumpy to work then headed back to ECP to join Steven, Sky, Eddy and Zhu for dinner/supper at the lagoon before helping little miss grumpy to packet some food before going home. Sorry Sky for not being able to send you home!
PS: I spent 45mins typing this post sia!
